What are the currencies accepted?
US Dollars and Euros are fine.
What would be the lead time if I pay today?
We stock large quantities of raw materials and essential components, so the lead time is usually 3-5 business days after payment, and we usually have ready-to-ship VMMs in our factory.
What is the delivery time to my country?
- For sea shipment, it usually takes 30+ days to arrive, provided you cooperate with your local customs office for any paperwork. Some countries may experience longer or shorter delivery times.
- For Air shipment, it usually takes 5-7 days to arrive.
What is the warranty policy?
We offer a one-year warranty on our products, if you face any issues with the measuring instruments, we will send parts for maintenance for free, and we will cover the postage cost.
Do you provide installation assistance ? on site or remotely?
We would be happy to offer on-site assistance and demonstration; however, you may cover the service fees for our engineering people. We do provide online assistance (WhatsApp Video Call, etc…)
