Large-Area Stitching Flash Vision Measuring Machine

The F4030 and F5040 Series Stitching Flash Vision Measuring Systems feature a dual telecentric optical system combined with a high-precision image stitching algorithm. They enable fast measurement of 2D dimensions and geometric tolerances, and can be equipped with laser sensors (point laser or line laser) to measure step height, depth, and flatness, with a measuring range of up to 500 × 400 mm,these systems deliver 10–20 times the efficiency of traditional vision measuring machines. They combine the ultra-fast measurement capability of flash systems with the large measuring range of fully automatic vision inspection systems.
